These General Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern the support services provided by iBridge Exam Preparation Services FZ-LLC ("iBridge," "we," or "us") to clients engaging for exam preparation/ tutoring facilitation services (the "Client," the “parent/ guardian”, the “student’, or "you"). By accessing or utilizing the services of iBridge, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms.
Scope of Services
1.1 iBridge serves as a facilitator (bridge), offering comprehensive support services to ensure a seamless exam prep or tutoring experience. While we do not directly provide tutoring or educational instruction, we specialize in essential services such as event coordination enabling workshop exam preparation facilitators (hereby called “tutors”) and clients to focus on achieving educational success.
1.2 Tutoring services are exclusively delivered by independently contracted tutors who are qualified and fully responsible for adhering to all applicable regulations and licensing requirements within the United Arab Emirates (UAE). iBridge ensures that tutors are vetted and appropriately licensed but does not assume responsibility for the quality, content, or delivery of educational instruction.
1.3iBridge serves exclusively as an intermediary, facilitating the connection between clients and tutors by coordinating sessions, managing enrollment processes, and promoting tutoring services. Our role is strictly limited to providing support services and does not extend to teaching or curriculum development.
Service Engagement and Fees
2.1. Clients are required to complete the service engagement process by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. It is the Client's responsibility to promptly inform iBridge of any changes to their contact details or other relevant information to ensure seamless service delivery.
2.2. All fees must be paid in full two weeks before the commencement of any workshop event, unless a written agreement has been made for a payment plan. Fees encompass administrative support, scheduling, marketing and venue costs, and the contracted tutor’s compensation. All fees are strictly non-refundable.
2.3. Refunds are only issued in the event of a session cancellation initiated by iBridge. Refunds will not be provided for missed sessions, regardless of reason, or for Clients who opt to discontinue services after sessions have commenced.
2.4. In the case of late payments, iBridge reserves the right to suspend the Client’s access to scheduled tutoring sessions until all outstanding fees are paid in full. This suspension applies regardless of whether a session has been previously scheduled or partially attended.
Attendance and Participation
3.1. Clients are expected to attend all scheduled sessions. Tutoring schedules are carefully coordinated with independent tutors, and missed sessions cannot be rescheduled. While iBridge handles tutoring logistics, the Client is responsible for their own learning outcomes. Active participation, timely completion of assignments, and adherence to the tutor’s guidance are essential for achieving the desired results.
3.2. iBridge is dedicated to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and safe environment for all participants. Clients are expected to engage respectfully with tutors, other participants, and iBridge staff at all times. Inappropriate or disruptive behavior may result in the termination of services without a refund.
3.3. The client, i.e. the parent/ guardian commits to the following:
3.3.1. All communication will solely be between the parent(s)/guardian and iBridge and/ or the workshop tutor. In case a student communicates with iBridge directly, this will be forwarded to the parents and iBridge staff will not reply to the student in writing.
3.3.2. Drop off and collect their student(s) at the scheduled times so students arrive on time and will not be left unsupervised at the end of the day. iBridge is not required and not responsible to supervise students after hours. Parents are responsible for their students when they are late for pick up.
3.3.3. Provide water, snacks, a packed lunch/ money for their student(s) to order lunch for each workshop day. iBridge will not provide food and drink during the event.
3.3.4. Understand that their student is not to leave campus during the course sessions, break and lunch times. iBridge is not responsible for students who leave the premises.
3.3.5. Share medical records/ information with medical staff on campus. iBridge is not responsible for any medical care a student may need. iBridge is also not liable for any medical costs. In the event that a student requires immediate medical treatment, the parent/guardian hereby grants permission for medical treatment to be provided to their son/daughter if recommended by a qualified medical practitioner.
3.4. The client, i.e. the student commits to the following:
3.4.1. Act in a courteous, considerate and responsible manner with respect to peers, iBridge staff, facilitators, and staff on campus.
3.4.2. Be on campus from the start until the end of day and not leave the premises.
3.4.3. Attend punctually all sessions in which he or she is enrolled.
3.4.4. Fully participate in all sessions
3.4.5. Comply with the reasonable requests and direction of iBridge staff and the tutors.
3.4.6. Behave in a responsible manner, honor cultural norms and values, and comply with UAE law at all times.
Privacy and Data Protection
4.1. iBridge collects and securely stores personal information provided by Clients or their guardians during the service engagement process to enable effective coordination and delivery of our services.
4.2. Your personal information will remain confidential and will not be shared with third parties, except when necessary to provide support services or comply with legal requirements. iBridge is committed to safeguarding your privacy in all interactions.
4.3. By engaging with iBridge, Clients consent to receiving communications related to session schedules, updates, and program details. Additionally, iBridge may utilize anonymized data for marketing purposes, such as highlighting success stories or demonstrating the overall impact and effectiveness of our programs.
4.4. Parents and students give permission for iBrdige to take photos and videos during the event (inside and outside sessions) which may be used on our website, as well as on our social and printed media. If the Client does not want to provide permission, s/he informs iBridge in writing and include the student’s name and their enrolled subject course before the start of the workshop event/ tutoring sessions.
Limitations of Liability
5.1. Bridge facilitates the coordination of tutoring sessions but does not assume responsibility for educational outcomes or the content of tutoring. Responsibility for learning and success lies solely with the Client and the contracted tutor.
5.2. iBridge shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of educational opportunities or emotional distress.
5.3. iBridge is not liable for interruptions or delays in services caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.
Changes to Services or Terms
6.1. iBridge reserves the right to modify or discontinue services at any time. Clients will be provided with appropriate notice of any significant changes.
6.2. iBridge may amend these Terms at any time. Notice of significant changes will be sent via email or other communication channels, and continued use of services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

References to IB programs or exam preparation services are solely for the purpose of describing the exam preparation support offered by iBridge and do not imply any official relationship or recognition by the International Baccalaureate Organization.7.3. The International Baccalaureate Organization owns all rights to its trademarks, logos, and program names. iBridge does not claim any ownership or endorsement of these trademarks and respects all intellectual property rights of the International Baccalaureate Organization.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
8.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
8.2. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the services provided by iBridge will first be addressed through good-faith negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes may be submitted to mediation, with the costs shared equally by both parties.
